I offer an empathic, supportive and non-judgemental approach to therapy with the goal of helping you, the individual, feel both secure and confident to make the changes that you desire.
I have a passion for working with individuals and/or families that have experienced some type of challenge in their lifetime that has impacted their day to day functioning, their relationships with loved ones, and their ability to live the life that they want and strive for.
