I am a NC Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, with a certification in Accelerated Resolution, The Blast Technique, Meditation, and neurofeedback. My approach is eclectic and tailored to the client's needs using aspects of varying modalities, such as: Accelerated Resolution Therapy, The Blast Method, Neurofeedback, and Somatic Therapy. The BLAST Technique (Bi-Lateral Analysis and Stimulation Treatment) is technique that speeds up the process and efficacy of PTSD and trauma for a more efficient experience for the client and therapist by utilizing the brain’s natural processing systems, like the amygdala.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based psychotherapy that allows clients to experience rapid recovery by reprogramming how the brain stores traumatic memories using rapid eye movements. Neurofeedback is a form of neurotherapy that trains your brainwaves to achieve a healthier state – kind of like exercise, but for your brain!
My office is a safe, comfortable place to heal from uncertainty, emotional wounds, psychological traumas, post traumatic stress, persistent difficulties, unhealthy relationships, and current stress.
