I believe in speaking life into people and to their current situations while helping you work towards feeling and becoming whole again. I understand that life can bring some confusing and unwanted situations, feelings, thoughts, regrets and barriers that keep you from being whole and through therapy, I would like to be a resource and support for you.
I use a practical and empathetic counseling method (MI) that helps people resolve uncertain feelings & insecurities to find the internal motivation they need to change their behavior. I also utilize a CBT approach, changing unhealthy thoughts, beliefs and attitudes. I rely on spiritual guidance for what we cannot change within ourselves.
I believe in being healthy mentally, physically and spiritually. Working on ourselves as a whole, so we can be healthy in all areas is what I help you focus on. I believe that I am just the vessel to be used to focus on your healing using earthy and spiritual resources.
