Clients who would benefit from my services are those that suffer from addictive and compulsive behaviors as well as difficulty with depression, anxiety and relational issues. Those seeking mental and relational empowerment through a comprehensive treatment approach can find their goals met here.
My work is geared toward helping psychologically healthy people during difficult periods of change, growth, and typical life experiences. My approach focuses on individual change from a family and relational perspective. How a person copes with life is often influenced greatly by their family of origin. To be human is to be relational.
Knowing and respecting people's stories of struggle and suffering is something I value greatly. Helping them to discover new ways of writing their "next chapter" is very fulfilling. Guiding from a half step behind, I ask each person to access the courage to change the things they can.
