English
| español Healing from painful/harmful experiences is challenging! It takes time and it requires a warm, compassionate, REAL, and encouraging approach. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you on your path to healing. I am a Latina, bilingual (English/Spanish,) and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I work with clients who are ready to do the work &dive deep into therapy. I specialize in working with young adult women and genderqueer folx around stressful/abusive childhoods, anxiety/depression, imposter syndrome, experiences with systemic traumas, experiences with relational traumas, and those undergoing transitions in their life.
I use an intuitive and eclectic approach in therapy and incorporate mindfulness techniques and movements to assist clients in developing resilience and awareness of the mind and body connection. I often use humor in our therapy sessions as well. Our therapy sessions will be experiential at times.
I strongly believe that with the proper support and guidance people can learn to heal themselves as well as learn to listen to their own inner wisdom from their greatest and highest self. Send me an email to schedule a free 15 minute consult if you think we may make a good team!
