I have over 15 years of experience working with students and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship struggles, fertility, pregnancy and/or postpartum challenges, parenthood, high sensitivity, or identity concerns. It’s painful to walk through life feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, loss, sadness, or past experiences. I will work with you to find solutions that help you feel healthier and happier.
I also specialize in women's issues and maternal mental health and have a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International (PSI). I am trained in child development and help parents navigate parenting challenges or child mental health struggles. I work with clients to find strategies that build family harmony.
