You see, as engaged and motivated as I may be to help you succeed, your buy-in is absolutely necessary in order for change to occur. I'm looking for clients who are seeking a different tomorrow and are ready to take steps to make it happen. This means being an active participant in therapy, being willing to face challenging conversations, making changes that may not feel so great in the moment, and doing work outside the session to make changes stick.
My services are provided 100% via telehealth. What does that mean? It means that all my services are provided via a HIPAA compliant technology platform which allows us to conduct therapy online using audio/visual capabilities from our smartphones, tablets, and/or computers. Services are provided in both English and Spanish to fit clients needs.
Courage can be defined as strength in the face of pain or grief. I am a firm believer that it takes courage to admit you need help and would benefit from someone coming alongside you to help you overcome life's challenges, make changes, and regain hope for a better tomorrow.
