If you would like greater insight, awareness and self-understanding, and would like to shift core patterns, our work together can help. We can discover what is no longer working and identify and address unresolved issues to help you feel happier and more fulfilled. If you struggle with relationships and insecurity I can work with you on this. I help clients understand and shift relational patterns in their lives.
I believe in empowering clients, working with the whole person, and building on strengths and inherent wholeness. I integrate mindfulness and somatic therapy methods with talk therapy in a compassionate container. I often work with relationship and attachment issues and help people experience happier relationships and build more support into their lives.
I have been in private practice since 2010. It is important to me that you feel safe, seen and supported within the therapeutic relationship.
