In 2023, adolescents face many pressures that adults have never experienced. Social media has created an environment that forces children and adults alike to be constantly "on", creating a level of anxiety that is unparalleled. Therapy is an outlet that is not only no longer stigmatized, but a necessity in order to grow and thrive in a healthy way. I specialize in assisting teens and adults with their anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Therapy should not be a last ditch effort to save one's relationships - it should be consistent maintenance of oneself.
I work with teens and adults who suffer from anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. Using a mix of talk therapies, I help clients cope with issues ranging from daily anxiety to severe PTSD. My passion is helping my clients navigate through a complex world to live a happy and healthy life.
