One foundation of my practice is trauma identification and healing through the use of EMDR, EFT, Narrative, and Positive Psychology. Effective change embraces the mind, body, and spirit. I utilize interactive and talk therapies and interventions that enhance these connections, and may include nutritional suggestions.
