I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist and Jungian psychoanalyst with over 20 years of clinical experience. I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, health issues, and job and life transitions. My approach is very relational and collaborative. My goal is to help you explore what gets in the way of moving forward – difficult feelings or thoughts, old patterns, childhood conditionings – and help you regain an authentic connection with yourself and life.
In my opinion, the collaborative relationship between client and therapist stands at the center of the work. Indeed it is this alliance that most supports long-lasting meaningful changes in character, behaviors, and consolidates a true sense of self. Together, we can identify what is most important to you, look for areas of growth, and set realistic goals.
I also provide guidance with mind-body practices such as somatic experiencing, self directed neuroplasticity, and meditation when needed.
