I work with adults and couples of all ages who are experiencing interpersonal distress; intense or erratic moods; struggling with behaviors that cause stress or conflict; or who have experienced great loss or a change in health.
Together we will identify the most troublesome thoughts, feelings or behaviors you have and create a plan to bring physical and mental relief. I can teach you tools to combat stress and anxious or sad thoughts, to cope with difficult life events, and to communicate more effectively with loved ones.
