Ketamine assisted psychotherapy or KAP is a tool I use in conjunction with talk therapy to help people get out of that stuck place. Talk therapy along with the use of KAP can help you gain new perspectives, implement new behaviors and grow your capacity to deal with the stress life throws at you. It also provides relief from the somatic symptoms of stress.
I know that starting or restarting therapy can be an intimidating and vulnerable process. It is so important to feel like your therapist is a good fit for you and your needs. I provide free 20 to 30 minute phone consultations so that you can ask me any questions about the way I work and make sure we are a good fit for what you are needing in therapy.
