I work with individuals, young adults, parents, and couples, offering support, skills and insight to navigate life transitions and relationships.

In our work together, I draw upon attachment-based approaches, parts work, mindfulness, self-compassion, CBT, and relevant neuroscience, as well as emotionally-focused therapy for couples.
