I love to help individuals, couples and parents thrive in their life/ lives together. I use an attachment based model that helps my clients experience their strengths individually and as a couple. Together, from this place grounded in your resilience, we will work with your challenges. Trauma, attachment woundings, communication issues, addiction, as well as avoidance of feelings and intimacy can block us from living the full, healthy lives we long for. I have a depth of specialized training and a personal passion for working with people healing from trauma. Whether you are struggling with PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, not living the life you long for, or any other number of issues, I am here for you as an ally, to help you heal the past and learn new ways of being.
My style is warm and collaborative and is based in neuroscience, attachment and somatic experience. A session can range from learning new tools to releasing deeply held emotion or unprocessed trauma.
