What Now? is a group that offers you a soft landing and a supportive space to adjust to this next phase of parenting and reinvention of self. When my daughter left for college I noticed that there was little support and guidance for this phase of parenting and to begin to imagine what's next. With my experience as a group facilitator and my passion for empowering women, this group is an offering to create a blueprint of what I believe to be our strongest and potentially most powerful chapters of life.
