My therapeutic style is integrative; informed by ACT, compassionate inquiry and solution focused therapy. I hope to help you change your awareness of difficult feelings to move toward goals that are in line with your values. Our work can help you connect with how to move toward a fuller version of yourself.
I am offering goal directed adult individual and couples therapy. I encourage my clients to bolster their talk-therapy with workbooks, podcasts and homework to move toward the changes they wish to see. I am offering both zoom and in person therapy (in SF) at this time.
