We treat a wide-range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, chronic pain and illness, trauma, self-esteem, & stress. I also conduct psychological evaluations, including Workers' Compensation evaluation and treatment andQualified Medical Evaluations.

Women's Telehealth Support Group
Women play a special role in our treatment at Advanced Health Care. During this time of uncertainty, we know that support and connection is needed now more than ever. Please join Dr. Sarah Ray in an online teletherapy support group for women. This group will be limited to 6 women, to provide ample opportunity for support, resources, and connection for each member. Topics will depend on the need of each group, but will focus on: Anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, work-life balance, self-esteem, depression, stress, meeting personal goals, women's health, and overall quality of life.
