For years, I assisted people in dissolving their marriages humanely through mediation. However, I found that too many couples who separate can repair and strengthen their relationships. So, today, I apply my therapeutic skills to support couples in healing their relationships. My primary approach is Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I also work with people who want to work on their intimate relationships as well as those trying to adjust to divorce.
Many divorcing couples I have worked with over the years were dealing with the same difficulties as other couples who managed, with help, to repair and strengthen their relationships. Assisting troubled couples to persist and heal is now my professional passion.
