It can understandably be difficult to reach out for help regarding sensitive issues. I respect the courage it takes to set the intention for change & the effort involved in finding someone you feel comfortable with & can trust. I love this field of study & care about doing my best for my clients. My work with couples, individuals, teens & families, utilizes techniques garnered from 24 years of practice.
I specialize in issues related to relationships, attachment, abuse, loss, emotional regulation, anxiety, ADHD, difficult family life & life transitions. I use many different modalities, tailoring therapy to the needs of the individual since each client is unique and has their own history, world views, temperament, patterns of interaction, dreams, and goals.
I truly care about my clients. I’m passionate about helping people to: gain an understanding of themselves & others, learn new skills, or achieve a sense of empowerment.
