While experiencing pain is difficult, it is often a catalyst for growth. As a licensed Therapist for 18 years, I specialize in helping people heal their emotional injuries and move through the "stuck" places that prevent them from living fuller and more meaningful lives. Resilience increases by working through challenges.
Most of my clients are curious and creative. Many have found that they are holding themselves back in some way. Some are feeling stuck in some area of life, in crisis, repeating patterns, or suffering symptoms, and generally want "more" in their lives. Most find the joy of self discovery becomes rewarding, interesting, and fun.
