Hi! My name is Kristina and Congratulations on possibly your first step towards reaching your goals. Has life become too overwhelming? I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist practicing since 2010; working with individuals, couples, families and teens.
I specialize in depression, bipolar and anxiety along with substance use and PTSD. My approach draws from many theoretical orientations; all with the common goal of offering a safe, goal-oriented, client centered approach while working alongside my clients to identify and lessen symptoms, explore barriers and develop new healthy/coping skills.
My ultimate goal is to provide my clients with the necessary tools and skills to use in their daily lives in order to experience life to the fullest. My goal is to have my clients eventually grow out of needing weekly therapy sessions and feel a better sense of confidence and ability to go about their life.
