Life may be painful, but you needn’t suffer or “feel stuck.” There is a way to live life to the fullest without being attached to emotions. Intuitive psychotherapy is where the therapist uses their own intuition in the healing process. Clients also learn how to develop and trust their intuition through specialized somatic and inner child work interventions.
I believe in empowering my clients to trust their intuition. The collaborative process of cultivating insight involves a delicate balance of deep listening, constructive feedback, and awareness building.
