I work with people of all ages and backgrounds. I enjoy helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, low self-esteem, anger, grief, trauma, shame, guilt, as well as people who want to simply work towards personal growth. I work well with people who tend to be hard on themselves.
I began my graduate studies at the Spirituality Mind Body Institute of Columbia University, before completing a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Xavier University. I recognize the importance of integrating mind, body and spirit. I enjoy incorporating mindfulness and compassion based practices into therapy.
