Person-centered, depth-oriented individual psychotherapy is what I have practiced since 1995. It is an honor to aid my clients in the journey inward that can help their inner & outer lives become/be rich and satisfying experiences of growth & discovery, that generate ever deepening self understanding, life satisfaction, & passionate engagement with life.
In Person-Centered Therapy I hold a light for your path as you explore the terrain of your own soul & psyche. It is a courageous adventure that can bring hope for the challenging times we live in, renewed vitality even when the climb is steep & the work of life is hard, & a lightening of fear of the inevitable uncertainties each of our lives contains.
