I am trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 1), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) (Master Certified), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and I also incorporate Mindfulness and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
