I help women overcome anxiety and eating disorders to feel more freedom, safety and joy. My clients are highly sensitive, resilient people who are tired of binging, food restriction, over-exercise, and low self-esteem. Despite all their accomplishments and self-help efforts they can't turn off their thoughts and perfectionism. I get it because I've been there! I'll help you challenge that anxious energy in a healthy way to replace old, negative beliefs, tune into your intuition, and align with your values. You deserve to feel more alive and happy in your life without relying on your pants size to dictate your worth.
I have a decade of experience as a therapist with children and adults. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Level II EMDR trained, Certified Safe and Sound Protocol provider, and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I teach tools to cope with distress and help you get to the roots of what's driving your eating disorder so you don't need it anymore.
Being a highly sensitive, intelligent person in an overwhelming world is hard!
