After 22 years of clinical experience, I work with clients with a wide range of issues, I specialize in Anxiety and Depressive Disorders. Using telehealth via Doxy.me, I use a variety of cognitive behavioral techniques to improve the lives of those suffering from psychological distress. I work with adolescents and adults, with individuals, couples and families. I feel it is important to work together with my clients using structured problem solving. I focus on relaxation, communication and sleep techniques to help my clients feel stronger and able to get their needs met.
My specialty is working with sleep and anxiety disorders. I have worked in the public schools teaching time management and self care skills to high school seniors. I have also worked with the Juvenile Justice Program teaching drug and alcohol education, peer pressure solutions, impulse control and decision making skills.
