As a Licensed Psychotherapist and Registered Yoga Teacher, I work with a holistic approach focused on one's mind, body and spirit- I help clients navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationship issues, sexual issues, aging, stress and chronic illness. I have a special interest in trauma, eating disorders and dissociative disorders.
I bring 20 years of experience on a college campus to my work, during which time I was an advocate for victims of sexual assault, and marginalized individuals including LGBTQ+, women, and under-served populations.
