My primary objective is to empower women at every life stage, offering them new perspectives and unwavering support throughout life's highs and lows. Recognizing each person is unique, I tailor therapy to ensure it is relevant and personalized. In session, I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely express your experiences, struggles, and aspirations. Together, we'll engage both your mind and body in the healing process, fostering growth and resilience along the journey. My primary areas of focus include women’s issues, expecting/postpartum mothers, chronic illness, and the neurodivergent population.

I am not queso, I'm not for everyone. But if you’re looking for someone to work through the waves of life, then I’m your person! There are plenty of people out there to give you advice and tell you it’s going to be okay, you don’t need another cheerleader in life. Together we will work as a team to look for root causes and solutions for whatever life is throwing your way. My passion is working with Veterans, First Responders, their spouses and families. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a First Responder for over 20 years and continue to work on the ambulance part-time.

Women face various challenges through out different seasons of their lives. Career changes, health issues, relationship issues or divorce, single parenting, and empty nesting can sometimes be difficult and overwhelming at times. I help women going through these types of life transitions find strength and support. I provide women with the tools they need to move forward in a positive direction with their lives.

Dr. Randall McIntyre has been practicing Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry in the Austin area for over thirty years. He was raised in Midland, Texas. He holds a BA- in biology from The University of Texas - Austin, and an MD from The University of Texas Medical School-Houston. He did his internship in Family Practice at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Subsequently, he completed residencies in General and Child Psychiatry at UTHSC-Houston. He is doubly Boarded in Child and Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Hello, my name is Dr. Sohei Breaux-Fujita, Doctor of Psychology and Marriage & Family Therapist. I was born and raised in Japan but completed all of my studies here in the United States, from undergrad to my doctoral program. I know what it feels like to be different and have a passion for working with others who may be in a similar position. Whether it’s different than how others look or simply how others think and feel. My focus of studies surrounded the LGBTQ community and their families, as well as racial minorities. I have also worked with children and their parents in the past as well.

I am a forensic counselor, licensed professional counselor supervisor and an EMDR therapist. I diagnose, evaluate, and treat Autism, Anxiety, Depression, DID, and PTSD/Trauma.

As a former U.S. Army Reservist, I can relate to military personnel and their issues.
