I have worked in the mental health field for over seven years, serving children, adolescents, and adults in community and school-based settings. I have experience working with clients who are dealing with ADHD, trauma, grief, school-related issues, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, and other emotional and behavioral struggles.
I use play therapy techniques with children and teach mindfulness to all clients using meditation and creativity. I have a client-centered approach based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I want to meet clients where they are and help them identify and achieve their personal goals.
