My approach to therapy is informed by my training in insight-oriented psychodynamic theory, CBT, experiential & mind-body techniques, mindfulness, yoga & relaxation practices, and life experience. I deeply value & respect the uniqueness of each human being, and I work collaboratively with my clients to provide them the individualized care they need.
