My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed practices, and is dedicated to fostering an environment of safety where genuine, lasting change can flourish. As your counselor, I wear many hats- a guide to light your path, a sounding board to echo and validate your experiences, and at times, a teacher to share insights and strategies to empower you.
