I love working with those looking to understand themselves better and heal wounds of the past. If you're anything like me, you also find safety in understanding why you do the things you do. Making sense of symptoms can lead us to better awareness of patterns and gives us opportunities to break the cycles that keep us from our goals, who we want to be, and where we want to go in life.
I primarily use neuroscience in understanding symptoms and patterns, which also informs my somatic work. I can help identify origins of the symptoms and how symptoms are currently manifesting from a brain/body/nervous system perspective. Once patterns are identified, you will find you have more power and choice in doing something differently.
No matter what you go through, you don't have to do it alone. That's what I'm here for. I invite you to take the leap by reaching out and know that I know taking the first step can be difficult and scary. I will hold space for your experience.
