About
Owning your story can be difficult when life feels outside of your control. Life can feel like a long journey each one of us are traveling, and sometimes we need a journey mate to walk with us during a difficult portion of the road. For a short stretch of your journey, we will walk together to help process, problem solve, and make a plan to deal with the difficult, confusing, and the overwhelming parts of your story.
My goal as a therapist is to provide a compassionate and safe setting where an individual, couple, or family can develop positive, effective, healthy changes, and coping skills. There is always hope and healing that can be rewritten into the path you are currently on, and you can change your destination. I believe healing can come for the whole person.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self-care, compassion fatigue, cross-cultural transitions, life stressors, and transitions. I have been helping individuals, families, and couples with reach their goals for over five years. I offer appointments Monday and Tuesday evening.
