Hi, I'm Christy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in SC. I specialize in treating trauma and reducing reactivity and distress from adverse and stressful life events. I utilize EMDR as a primary modality. I am also trained in other modalities, i.e., cognitive-based therapies, parts work, attachment and somatic based therapies, and others.
