Do you often feel stressed and anxious? I enjoy helping women grow in freedom from anxiety, feeling isolated & overwhelmed in their personal &/or professional lives. I know from working with clients, they want peace of mind, to experience healthy relationships, feel fulfilled in who they are and lead lives of impact. Yet, sometimes we wonder after experiencing ongoing circumstances of disappointment and undue stress, where that woman went or how to find her again...Day to day reality, especially through significant times of change, can be overwhelming, resulting in feeling weighed down by much to do’s and a drive to keep performing.
