About
My ideal client would be ready to work on being the best version of themselves. Clients who are struggling at all, I feel, are in good hands with me. I am passionate about helping those who need guidance navigating how to heal mentally and emotionally.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing(EMDR) as well as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(TF-CBT). I am sort of eclectic in the types of modalities that I pull interventions from and dont tend to adhere to one type of therapy method.
I genuinely love being a therapist and want to help others realize their full potential. I offer empathetic understanding and support to clients and will do my best to aid in any way that I can, with any struggles that I can, within the scope of my capabilities. I work with individuals (adults and children), families and couples.
