I love to hear each individual's story and consider it a privilege to work with people from all different backgrounds. I provide a safe, non judgmental atmosphere so we can work together to find healing and growth. An authentic therapeutic relationship is so important when working together to help you understand yourself, the emotions that you are going through and finding coping strategies that work for you. I work with different methodologies and techniques to make it more individualized towards the needs of my clients.
My areas of specialty include: relationship issues, attachment, depression, anxiety, trauma, complex trauma, issues related to adolescents, family issues, work related stress and grief and loss. I offer EMDR, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and Somatic Breathwork to help with trauma and to work through emotions.
