I am currently accepting new clients. Are you feeling held back by past trauma and struggling to live the life you want? As a trauma-informed therapist, I can help you address and alleviate your trauma symptoms. I work with individuals and families. Do you experience nightmares or flashbacks? Are you having trouble sleeping? Sometimes, individuals dealing with trauma may feel emotionally numb. I can work with you to develop and strengthen your coping skills. My approach is empathetic and non-judgmental, and I will provide the support you need to address the traumas in your life.
I am trained in EMDR trauma therapy, Parts and Memory, and Internal Family Systems Theory. These modalities can be highly effective for processing trauma and distressing memories.
I am available Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM. I currently have no 4 PM or later slots available in Nevada. I provide both in-person appointments and telehealth services.
