Finding the right therapist is incredibly important and I strive to create a non-judgmental and safe therapeutic environment. I work primarily with individual adult clients with a specialization in working with emerging adult women (ages 18 - 30) but also treat adolescents and their parents when the adolescent is struggling with an eating disorder. Within therapy, I focus on understanding your emotions, expressing your emotions in a healthy and constructive way, relationships, and how early childhood and family experiences have affected you so you are better able to create healthy coping mechanisms for the stresses of daily life.

I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and trauma. I have received specialized training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders and can work to help individuals struggling with an eating disorder normalize eating behaviors and work toward a healthy relationship with food and exercise.

I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and helping them understand how those experiences have affected them, their relationships, and helping individuals heal.
