Often, these patterns trace back to early attachment wounds, religious trauma, or the unspoken grief of parenting and difficult birth experiences.

I offer trauma-informed, depth-oriented therapy that goes beyond insight. My work integrates somatic healing, group therapy, and evidence-based approaches like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we slow down, listen to the body, and create space for something new to emerge—real, sustaining change.
