I treat clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, parenting concerns, relationship issues & infidelity. I utilize CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based, and Trauma Focused strategies to help clients meet their treatment goals.
I have experience with adults and teens, but I also enjoy working with children who have experienced traumatic life events. My Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Credential (I/ECMH-C) gives me the knowledge to strengthen and support early relationships that are crucial to a child's social and emotional development.
