I am currently accepting new clients and if you are a teenager or adult and are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, school and work problems, difficult relationships, low self esteem, gender identity, stress, anger, anxiety with the current political climate and suicidal ideation, I can help. I have over 7 years of counseling experience, helping individuals navigate some of their most challenging moments. You will find that I am outgoing, friendly, warm, and easy to connect with.
My treatment approaches include EMDR for Trauma with additional training in Attachment Trauma, CBT and DBT. I am committed to providing my clients with a safe and supportive environment to process their emotions and work through any roadblocks they may encounter.
I graduated with both my Bachelor's and Masters degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. I welcome the opportunity to work with you!
