I offer a warm and supportive space where you can show up just as you are. My approach is trauma informed, relational, and personalized to you. We might use Brainspotting, a gentle, body-based practice to help release stored trauma, or invite in nature-based therapy by meeting outdoors or using nature as a metaphor for reflection, grounding, and healing.
