As a neurodivergent individual myself, I can understand firsthand how difficult it can be to move through a world that does not feel built for you or your success. With this first-hand understanding and experience, I am able to hold space for individuals who feel this way and support them in developing skills to navigate the world in ways that help them feel less strife. I also help individuals to identify how their individual strengths within their neurodivergence can be their superpowers.
I am a compassionate, attentive, and nonjudgmental listener and can pose questions that invite reflection and insight, as well as help individuals move from insight to action. In our work together, it is my hope that we will create a safe space where you feel empowered and have the skills you need to achieve your personal goals.
My experience in schools has placed me in a unique position, making me feel adept at working with clients ranging from school-age children to adults, as I have had the opportunity to do so within the school settings in which I have worked. I also have a strong sense of purpose and passion working with and supporting neurodivergent children.
