Christy is an individual, couples, group and family therapist based in Hood River, Oregon. She takes a warm & curious approach with clients and a psychodynamic perspective to understand root causes of behavior. She helps you develop good interpersonal skills and mindfulness practices. Christy believes that trust and connection with your therapist is the foundation necessary for successful change.
She has over 10 years of experience working with teens, adults and families. She treats individuals 14 & up who are struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar, obsessive-compulsive disorders, ADHD, traumatic stress and addictions. She is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma & Dialectical behavioral therapy.
