I come from an overall wellness and strengths-based perspective with the purpose of empowering each client to recognize their own value and significance. I have faith in one's ability to overcome life's challenges so that each individual is able to live their best life. Together we can reach the goal that is desirable to you.
My focus is a strengths-based approach that recognizes and builds on the skills that are already within you. With the knowledge that all your experiences make you unique, I will assist you on your journey using techniques that include mindfulness, cognitive-behavior therapy, and other evidence-based approaches so that you can heal and grow.
