IFS and EMDR are powerful therapy tools that can heal trauma. When trauma is not processed correctly, we can be triggered by daily events without realizing it. I am a certified EMDR therapist, IFS Level 1 trained and completed a one year psychedelic assisted therapy program to help people prepare for and integrate psychedelic therapy.
