I use talk therapy for teens and adults and a person-centered and solution-focused approach. I have training in EMDR. I also use play, sand, bibliotherapy, and art techniques. I’m AutPlay certified and pursuing certification in Theraplay and Synergetic Play Therapy. I also have training from PSI for Maternal Mental Health.
